Personal yoga instruction is not a one-size-fits-all endeavour. It's highly intimate and "YOU" are the focus. specifically created with your needs and health advantages in mind. Our goal for personal yoga training at Yogshala is to approach fitness and a healthy lifestyle using both our knowledge and your mindset. At your convenience and comfort, Yogshala Yoga Academy focuses on offering Personal Yoga Training. At Yogshala, we have skilled and highly qualified T-1 Yoga Instructors who will lead you through the yoga practise whenever and wherever it is most suitable for you. The yoga schedule for private yoga sessions is meticulously chosen and especially created for each client.

Three times a week, for one hour, the Personal Yoga sessions are focused sessions. You have the option of scheduling these sessions at the studio or at home according to your convenience. Our trainers ensure that you are physically and mentally fit using a holistic approach. You will feel refreshed and calm after receiving personal yoga training at Chaitanya Wellness because the approach is so energising, straightforward, and authentic.
